With separate entrance, the family studio is on the ground floor, accessed via the pretty garden. Decorated in a Keith Haring style it is equipped with a kitchenette, includes a fridge, micro-wave and electric hob. TV and free wifi.. For breakfast there are garden chairs and table set in the garden.

The Antique Shop transforms into a Bed and Breakfast room when it closes for business! The room must be vacated before 10am to re-open for business. It has a private shower room with toilet. There are tea and coffee making facilities.
